A letter will normally be sent to eligible individuals during the initial phases of the program rollout. An insurance card and welcome package will be sent to you once your application is made and accepted. Afterwards, you won't need to file claims: when paying for your dental care, we will directly submit the reimbursement request to Sun Life, which acts as the service provider for the CDCP.
